Our story
In our brains, the medulla is the quiet part that keeps our hearts beating and our lungs breathing, all day, without us ever thinking about it.
We thought HR should work the same way.
Big enterprise HR systems can be heavy and hard to navigate. MedullaHR is built to be simple and intuitive: start with what you need and add more when you're ready. Built in the UAE, for teams that have outgrown manual HR, whether you have 8 employees or 800.
